Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Crowdmade.dk. Conditions apply in cases where there is no other written agreement between the buyer and Crowdmade ApS – VAT DK35467017

Acknowledgement of receipt of payment, order confirmation and payment for the goods

Every time you order a product through Crowdmade, you will receive an acknowledgment of our receipt of your order. However, there is first entered into a binding purchase agreement, when you have received a confirmation from us. Subsequently, we pack your item and send it off to you. The money will only be deducted from your debit card when the product is shipped.

  1. All prices stated in the online shop of DKK includes 25% Danish VAT. Shipping costs are not included outside Denmark.
  2. In case of delivery outside the EU, you are obliged to pay customs duties and additional costs. Customs policy varies greatly from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information.
  3. Currently we do not offer tax-free purchases on orders from non-EU countries of destination.
  4. At Crowdmade.dk it is possible to pay with credit / Visa and PayPal. Are imposed fee by credit card.

Delivery and transport

Delivery of goods from Crowdmade.dk considered done when you have received the goods. All orders are sent by Post Denmark, unless otherwise agreed separately between you and crowdmade.dk.

The product is sent within maximum 3 days after receipt of order if the item is in stock. Delivery to the buyer’s address in Denmark will normally occur within 3-5 days. Lighted delivery dates are indicative and can be waived.

If the item is not in stock, the delivery will be carried forward in the product description for the item. If you choose to purchase an item that is not in stock, the expected delivery time also appear on your order confirmation

Cancellation (return)

When you shop at Crowdmade.dk, you have 14 days to cancel, you can notify us that you regret your purchase and then return the item to us.

Right runs from the day you received the goods. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve deadline is extended to the following business day. In case of multiple goods ordered in one order but are delivered separately run period from receipt of the final product.

Do receipt of the goods only handle it in a way so that you can determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works.

For you to make use of withdrawal you know unequivocal statement give us notice within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Return of the withdrawal

If you regret your purchase, the goods must be returned to:

You must pay the cost of returning the item when you undo.

IMPORTANT

We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have notified us of the cancellation, and you must return the goods within 14 days.

Note We do not accept items sent by cash on delivery.

In return you should make sure that the goods are securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package / product until we receive it.

Documentation for purchasing and canceling Form

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other evidence of your purchase. In addition, it will facilitate the processing, if you attach a completed ‘for canceling the form’ that you find here.

Repayment by cancellation

When we receive the goods, we check it and you get paid back the amount you have paid to us upon purchase.

The amount is always transferred to the same payment you paid the purchase. Have you, for example, paid short reversed the purchase amount to the payment card that you used for the purchase.

NOTE

You can lose your purchase amount in whole or in part, if the product is impaired because:

  • You actually have taken the product in use
  • The product has been damaged while you were responsible for the product
  • You have handled the goods otherwise than was necessary to enable you to determine the nature, characteristics and the way the work on

Storage

Agreements (purchase orders) can be made in Danish and retained by the company for 5 years, according to accounting law. It is not possible to access the contract through our website. If you want to get a new copy of the contract per. e-mail, send an e-mail to: helpme@crowdmade.dk

Freight and Shipping

Crowdmade.dk provide free delivery in Denmark.

A shipping fee will be added to deliveries in the rest of the world.

Gift Card Codes

Gift Card Codes issued by Crowdmade ApS has a validity of 3 years from the issue.

Complaint

Any errors or defects in products / goods delivered from the crowd Made. dk must be claimed within ‘reasonable time’ from the time you discovered the defect – within 2 months there will always be considered within a reasonable time. If you find an error, you should contact the Crowdmade.dk. We would like it done using the contact form, and like before you send the product back.

Mark the envelope ‘Returns’

When you submit the product must provide proof of purchase, like the original invoice. You can generally only complain about defects that become apparent within 2 years after the product is delivered to you. If we agree that there is an error, we will send as soon as possible a new product. If we find the defect / error is material, it is also possible to get a refund.

Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging and get a receipt for sending you has itself responsible for the package / product until our reception.

Save postal receipt incl. information about freight costs, since we will refund reasonable freight costs that you may have in connection with returning the item if the complaint is justified.

If the complaint is not justified, you must bear all costs of transport, including our freight costs for the return of goods after the investigation.

To make a purchase on Crowdmade’s website you through 6 steps.

Find the item you want and put them in the basket, then proceed to checkout.

Step 3: Choose delivery details (including billing addresses or new address)
Step 4: Select delivery method (including freight and comments to order)
Step 5: Choose payment method
Step 6: Review and confirm the order

European consumer

You also have the opportunity to appeal through the European Consumer portal. It will, however, always advisable to contact us directly as we much faster will be able to help you.
